Exclusive

  1. Final cleaning (payable upon arrival)

  2. Pet surcharge

  3. Electricity consumption > 10 kWh/day: €0.20/kWh

  4. Beach towels on request at €5/piece

  5. Tourist tax from 18 years: €1.50 / day

* Electricity consumption is included in the price up to 10 kWh per day , this is more than sufficient for the use of all electrical appliances, any additional payment is to calculate any excesses and heating costs according to consumption.

  • July and August: weekly rental only (Saturday to Saturday).
    Outside high season: flexible rentals with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
    5% discount for stays longer than one week.

  • Security Deposit
    A €350 deposit is required within 5 days of your booking request.
    Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed and you will receive the rental contract and payment details.
    The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure, provided no damage is found.
    Any additional costs will be deducted from the deposit.

  • Booking and Cancellation Policy
    We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
    The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
    By paying the deposit, you agree to the general terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
    Cancellations made between 2 and 8 weeks before arrival are non-refundable.
    Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival are subject to full payment.
