Prices 2026

  • LOW SEASON (April, May, October): minimum 4 nights
    € 105 / night or € 735 / week
     

  • MID SEASON (June and September): minimum 4 nights
    € 135 / night or € 945 / week
     

  • HIGH SEASON (July and August): weekly rental Sat-Sat
    € 1,300 / week
     

Final cleaning (mandatory): € 100 🧹 / Pet supplement 🐾 : € 5 / day

Inclusive

Exclusive

  1. Final cleaning (payable upon arrival)

  2. Pet surcharge

  3. Electricity consumption > 10 kWh/day: €0.20/kWh

  4. Beach towels on request at €5/piece

  5. Tourist tax from 18 years: €1.50 / day

* Electricity consumption is included in the price up to 10 kWh per day , this is more than sufficient for the use of all electrical appliances, any additional payment is to calculate any excesses and heating costs according to consumption.

  • Options
    July and August: weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday).
    Outside high season: flexible stays with a minimum of 4 nights.
    5% discount for stays longer than one week.

  • Security deposit
    The security deposit is €350 and must be paid within 10 days after your reservation request, together with the deposit. Once received, the reservation becomes final and you will receive the rental contract. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure, provided no damage has been found. Any additional costs will be deducted from the deposit.

  • Booking and cancellation conditions
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
    The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
    Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the rental contract.
    In case of cancellation between 2 and 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
    In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival, the full amount is due.
