Prices 2026

  • LOW SEASON (April, May, October): minimum 4 nights
    € 105 / night or € 735 / week
     

  • MID SEASON (June and September): minimum 4 nights
    € 135 / night or € 945 / week
     

  • HIGH SEASON (July and August): weekly rental Sat-Sat
    € 1,300 / week
     

Final cleaning (mandatory): € 100 🧹 / Pet supplement 🐾 : € 5 / day

Exclusive

  1. Final cleaning (payable upon arrival)

  3. Electricity consumption > 10 kWh/day: €0.20/kWh

  5. Tourist tax from 18 years: €1.50 / day

* Electricity consumption is included in the price up to 10 kWh per day , this is more than sufficient for the use of all electrical appliances, any additional payment is to calculate any excesses and heating costs according to consumption.

  • Our formulas
    July and August: rental per week (from Saturday to Saturday).
    Outside the high season: flexible rental, with a minimum of 4 nights.
    5% discount for stays of more than one week.

  • Payment
    Upon reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.
    The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
    Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the cancellation terms.

  • Security deposit
    A security deposit of €350 must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure, after inspection of the accommodation and provided there is no damage or additional costs.

  • Cancellation policy
    In the event of cancellation between 4 and 12 weeks before arrival, the paid deposit will not be refunded.
    In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to arrival, the full rental amount remains due.
    In the event of a shortened stay, whether due to late arrival or early departure, no refund, including partial reimbursement, may be claimed by the tenant.
    We recommend taking out travel and/or cancellation insurance for extra security in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
